Insurance Policies:

We file insurance for our patients including health, auto med-pay, workers’ compensation and Medicare. We are PPO providers for BC/BS and Cigna but offer reasonable rates to all patients whether in or out of network, HMO or uninsured.

At the time of your first visit, your insurance information will be gathered so your coverage can be verified by our staff.
