WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We file insurance for our patients including health, auto med-pay, workers’ compensation and Medicare. We offer reasonable rates to all patients whether in or out of network, HMO or uninsured. We're in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, including both the traditional PPO and Blue Choice Select networks. At the time of your first visit, your insurance information will be gathered so your coverage can be verified by our staff.
